What if my client can't log in to Quantum?

We are more than happy to talk to the client on your behalf to help get them logged in to the software. Any client support is of no extra cost to you and is all included in the subscription price.

Do I need to resend the form to the client if I make changes?

Once a form has been shared with a client we suggest you do not make any edits to the form until the client has submitted it back to you. Once you have reviewed the client changes and accepted them in, you can then remove the form from your client and make your own edits, you will then be able send the form back to your client with your changes.

How do I know if my client has logged in to Quantum?

When the client has used their temporary password the 'resend invitation' button will no longer be clickable - this is a good way of knowing that the client has gained access to Quantum Cloud.

Can I collaborate with multiple people on a case?

Each case can only have one collaborator at a time, however you are able to add and remove collaborators as many times as needed. You can also send forms and documents back and forth as many times as necessary, too.

What happens if I send the wrong form to my collaborator?

To remove a form, you would simply need to deselect it in the 'select forms' window. If the collaborator has made any changes to this form, the changes will be removed if they have not been reviewed by yourself.

Can my colleague set up a collaborator on my case while I am away?

Yes, your colleague would need to assign your case to themselves via the case dashboard and then will be able to access Quantum Collaborate.

How do you delete clients once they have finished collaborating?

Once you have finished collaborating with a client, you can delete them from the case by clicking the 'Remove Collaborator' button on the Collaborate dashboard.

Does the client need a Quantum account?

The client will need a Quantum account to access the forms, an account can be made through the Collaborate dashboard by adding the clients name and email address. The client will not need to individually purchase Quantum Cloud.
