Core Case Information
One of the most time-consuming aspects of completing a form is inputting core case details such as the client’s name, address, children’s details, and dates. Quantum Cloud eliminates any repetition with the ‘case information’, where client details only need to be filled in once, and then all key details are auto populated into any form, order, or document you create. You can also send your client their case information via Quantum Collaborate to complete themselves. Quite the time saver, isn’t it?
Auto-calculated Share of Assets
When completing a Form E, it’s common to come across joint bank accounts and properties. You then need to work out the correct amount to assign to each party. Quantum Cloud integrates directly with openexchangerates.org for the most up-to-date currency conversions. With a wide range of currencies to choose from, you can have as many currencies as needed within your case, and Quantum Cloud will calculate the GBP conversion to be displayed on your final form.
Income Needs Table
The shining star of the Form E is the income needs table. Though it’s often a complex process which requires a lot of back and forth to ensure everything is correct. Quantum Cloud has an intuitive Income Needs table which is flexible, easy to use, and saves you time. The pre-filled details cover a wide range of various income needs, and can each be edited, moved, or deleted. You can add any new sections you need, rename existing sections, and edit the currencies for each individual item - all with a running total that is automatically calculated at the end of the section. Once you have added everything required, there is no need to go back and delete unused sections, we have a handy ‘delete all empty’ button, removing empty cells in a single click.
