This guide explains the different types of fields: linked, semi-linked, computed, and semi-computed and outlines how each interacts with case information and user input.

Linked Fields

This data links to case information and if changed within the form the data writes back and updates the case information.

Clicking the 'Linked field' text will provide more information.

Clicking ‘View linked field source’ will take you to the section of the Case Information that this data is pulled from.

Semi-Linked Fields

This data initially links to case information, however if changed within the form, does not write back or update the case information.
