Following feedback gathered during our first customer working group meeting, it became clear that improvements were needed within our Form D81 to better support our users workflow and drafting process.
Over the past two months, our development team has worked closely with this feedback to deliver a number of enhancements. We are pleased to announce that our updated D81 is now live and available in Quantum Cloud.
Improved Help Text
To provide greater clarity when completing the form, we have expanded the guidance available within our D81. Additional help text has been added to explain exactly what information is imported when users select ‘Yes’ to 'import data from the Form E/E1'.
Enhanced Property Information
We have introduced several new fields within the 'property' section to make imported data clearer and easier to analyse. The D81 now displays:
- Property value
- Total mortgage and any early redemption penalties
- Details of property ownership
These additions provide greater visibility of the financial information being transferred into the form.
More Detailed Financial Breakdown
To improve the presentation of financial data and ensure greater consistency throughout our D81, a number of income and maintenance categories are now displayed in table format, mirroring the layout used within the property section of Section 8.
The updated categories include:
- Earned income
- State benefits
- Pension income
- Interest from bank accounts
- Other income
- Child support or maintenance between the parties
- Spousal maintenance
- Child support or maintenance received
- Child support or maintenance paid
This revised layout makes financial information easier to review and helps ensure greater accuracy when completing our Form D81 within Quantum Cloud.
