The schedule remains fully editable, allowing users to adjust as necessary and providing both flexibility and accuracy in documenting financial assets.
Currency Conversion
Effortlessly convert between various currencies, with an extensive range of options available to accommodate assets held overseas. This tool allows users to select the exact date for currency conversion, ensuring precise and accurate monetary values reflective of specific financial circumstances.
Document Manager
Keep all case-related documents organised by adding supporting PDF documents directly within forms as you work. This feature ensures that all necessary documents are consolidated in one place, streamlining case management. At the end of the process, users can print or download their forms, including all attachments and annotations.
Order Drafting
Simplify the process of drafting family law orders with Quantum Cloud’s advanced features. Users can select and preview paragraph wording, ensuring the language accurately reflects the legal intent. Additionally, users can view any comments or notes added to specific sections, facilitating collaboration and ensuring clarity throughout the drafting process. This is then translated into a colour-coded format for easy adaptation for your case.
Print/Download
Customise your document output by adding watermarks and footer notes and choose whether to include attachments when printing or downloading forms. The system also offers the option to print or download blank versions of the forms, providing flexibility for various stages of document preparation and review.
‘In Progress’ Icons
Quickly identify which forms are currently being worked on with the pencil icon, indicating active progress. Additionally, users can see which sections have been edited, making it easy to pick up where they left off, ensuring a seamless workflow and reducing the risk of overlooking critical information.
Client Share Calculations
Perform quick and precise calculations related to the client’s share of various assets, such as properties and bank accounts. This tool enhances accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that financial distributions are calculated correctly and can be easily adjusted as needed.
Quantum Collaborate
Beyond just sharing the Form E, this feature allows users to share a comprehensive set of 13 essential legal documents, including the ES2 and Chronology, and the forms C100, D81, and more. Clients can directly upload any relevant supporting documents in PDF format into Quantum, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is easily accessible and organised within the platform.
Add Notes

Quick Find and Filter Form Search
Easily locate the forms you need with the quick search box or the advanced filter option. Users can filter forms by categories such as financial remedy forms or children’s forms, or by those that have been edited. This feature accelerates the retrieval process, saving time and ensuring that users can quickly access the required documents.
