Despite Quantum Cloud being best known for its Form E, the software hosts a much wider library of family law forms, with over 150 available to users. Alongside financial remedy documents, Quantum Cloud boasts a library of Children forms, as well as every Standard Family Order, all in one place.
For those working in Children matters, having access to all of these forms within the same system can make a real difference to everyday workflows. This means there’s no need to switch between different platforms or manage multiple versions of documents.
Children forms, including the C1A, C7, C100, and C120, can all be shared securely with clients and counsel through Quantum Collaborate, allowing them to complete and return forms and documents without relying on email attachments. This creates a more streamlined way of working, particularly in matters where clear communication and timely responses are key.
The sensitive information entered into these forms requires the upmost security when being sent back and forth. Sending the forms via email comes with its risks, as email remains the biggest target for cyber‑crime, with an estimated 3.4 billion spam emails sent every single day. Quantum Collaborate creates a secure portal for forms and supporting documents to be transferred between parties.
Following use requests, we will soon be adding a selection of adoption and surrogacy forms to Quantum Cloud, including Form A59, Form A58, and Form A101A.
Alongside this, we will be inroducing a new tab within ‘Case information’ for adoption proceedings, allowing you to input key details such as the case number, client position, and court information. These details will then automatically filter through to the relevant children’s forms and orders you create.
Children law is an area of Quantum Cloud that can sometimes go under the radar, but one that can quietly support a more efficient and organised way of managing children’s cases. These developments reflect ongoing user feedback, as we continue to expand Quantum Cloud to support the full range of family law work. If you’re currently using different tools across financial remedy and Children work, it’s worth taking a closer look at how bringing everything into one system can simplify day-to-day workflows in family law.
