Quantum Cloud is hosted by Isotoma Limited (ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus) and regularly audited. Users must enable two-factor authentication on first login.
All data is encrypted, stored, and processed on UK-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure GDPR compliance. Independent quarterly penetration tests are conducted, with data stored in Amazon S3 for 99.999999999% durability.

Where is my data in Quantum Cloud stored?
All of the data entered into Quantum Cloud is encrypted and stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS). This means that only you will have access to your own data.
How does Quantum Cloud look after my confidential information?
Information is classified and labelled to indicate both the level of confidentiality and organisational compartmentalisation. Users are authenticated using an email, password and Two Factor Device by Amazon Cognito. Users are authorised to access only confidential information labelled for their organisation. Organisation associations are stored and managed by Amazon Cognito.
In which country is my data held?
All data is held in the UK and all processing is conducted within the UK, to meet GDPR rules and regulations.
Is the software regularly tested for security vulnerabilities?
Yes, software dependencies are actively monitored for known security vulnerabilities using third party vulnerability management software. Known vulnerabilities are regularly triaged and updated as necessary. The application is penetration tested by a third party on a quarterly basis and the results are reviewed and remediated as necessary.
