At Quantum Cloud, we’re always working behind the scenes to make your experience more efficient, intelligent, and user-friendly. That’s why we’re rolling out a new set of updates to Quantum Cloud - built to make working on your forms clearer, quicker, and more intuitive than ever. From visual cues to smarter navigation, this is the first wave of changes designed to help you work with more confidence and ease.

Here’s what’s new in this first wave of updates:

Improved Help Experience

The first thing you may notice are the added tool tips across key sections of the platform. These are shown by small info icons that appear at the top of certain pages, like the Case Information section, where there is an explanation of how the data you enter there is used across your forms. It is intended to give you more context as you work, so you always know what’s being pulled where, and why.

Linked and Semi-Linked Data Functionality Updated

You’ll now see a new icon next to any linked or semi-linked data in your forms. Click it and you’ll see where it’s pulled from (e.g. Case Information).

If you’ve manually changed a semi-linked field but want to switch back to the original source data, just hit the new ‘Replace’ button. It will instantly restore the field to match what’s saved in Case information - saving time and ensuring consistency across your documents.

Computed Fields Made Clear

Some data fields, like property shares, are automatically calculated based on answers provided elsewhere (like the property value and percentage share). These are called computed fields, and they’re now clearly marked with their own icon, too.

A Cleaner Interface

You might notice a small visual update: forms in your case list will now initially show a blank page icon to the left of the name. Once you’ve edited the form, the icon fills with text - making it easier than ever to see at a glance which forms you’ve worked on.

'Edited Forms Only' Gets a New Home

Previously tucked away in a dropdown, the ‘View Edited Forms Only’ feature now has its own dedicated button. This means you can quickly toggle between viewing all forms in a case or just the ones you’ve updated, without digging through menus.
